Reiki Healing

A Japanese hands-on-healing system that channels the life force energy Ki to help align, support and relax the energy systems of the body. This is now a complementary therapy that is recognised by the NHS in UK and is often offered in a clinical setting to help support those navigating cancer treatment or recovery.

Our Reiki Therapists are trained in the original Japanese lineage of Usui Reiki and therefore work with the Japanese energy meridians, to help restore and rebalance Ki ene.

Our Eastern Spa Therapies are offered with our Eastern Spa Expert and Massage Trainer Ambika. Ambika trained at an exclusive Spa Academy in Nepal and went on to train other therapists learning traditional eastern and Nepalese spa treatments. A small selection of her offerings are shown below.

The Ritual commences with cleanse of the face, followed by our unique and authentic eastern facial massage. An Eastern/Ayurvedic Reflexology treatment than follows, incorporating acupressure point and deep flowing massage movements.
