May will see the launch of our brand new Wellness Warriors Programme, a reward scheme launched as a super big thank you to our very loyal and dedicated guests. The Wellness Warrior programme will enable you to collect points when you book in for treatments and purchase certain products from our skincare lines here at Aquavie. These points will then earn you a selection of different rewards from our Wellness Warrior Treatment Menu, allowing you to experience new treatments or upgrades alongside your regular treatment choices.

How do I join?

To keep things planet friendly, we decided to keep the scheme completely digital. So the good news is, you won’t need to keep hold of yet another loyalty card in your purse. Next time you’re in the spa, just ask our front of house team to enrol you into the scheme. It only takes two minutes to do. Our booking system automatically keeps a record of all of the points you earn from your bookings with us. You will receive a welcome email once enrolled detailing all of the Wellness Reward Scheme information and T&C’s.

Will I get points transferred over from the loyalty scheme you ran years ago?

No, as our business has evolved so much since then, this is a new scheme with new treatment rewards and different T&C’s.

How do I earn points?

Every time you visit us, you will earn one loyalty point for every pound you spend on either treatments or products. Our Loyalty Scheme points aren’t applicable to gift card purchases, or discounted special offers or courses.

How do I book a Wellness Warrior Reward?

At present, reward treatments can only be pre booked by our front of house staff, alongside a regular treatment booking. A reward cannot be booked alone, only as an add on. Reward treatments cannot be booked online.

Can I swap points for monetary discounts or use them to buy products or treatments?

No, points do not have any monetary value to them. They can only be redeemed aganist the Reward Treatments advertised.

Can I swap to experience a different reward of my choice from your regular treatment menu?

No. The treatment rewards will only be available from our ‘Treatment Reward Menu’. Treatment rewards are specifically selected to enable our guests to experience new ‘taster treatments’ and limited edition ‘upgrades’.

Will my points expire?

No. And bevause of this you can save up your points to receive a higher valued treatment reward if you wish.
